This fabulous 30 X 15 foot pool and above ground spa /hot tub on the deck will provide hours of endless fun. It is regularly maintained by our management company to keep the water clean and sparkling at all times. Access to the pool is via the patio doors in the nook.  All openings onto the pool area are alarmed to alert parents that their children have gained access to the pool. 

This keeps the children safe as we do recommend that children are supervised at all times in the pool area.  Extra decking has been provided in order that the pool area stretches across the entire width of the house and is fully screened. The screen allows you to make full use of the pool during the hours of darkness without being bothered by moths and other bugs which may be attracted by the outside lighting.
