Welcome to our Florida home which is situated on the prestigious gated community of The Manors at Westridge, just a 'stones throw' from Mickey's back yard. Set amongst the orange groves of central Florida with easy access to Highway 27 Orchard Villa really is the place to stay when visiting all that the Orlando area has to offer. The Manors has a very good reputation amongst owners and guests alike, being ideally situated for maximum enjoyment of Disney and the numerous golf courses. It boasts it's own clubhouse, communal pool, library, quiet room, large screen TV, Gym and social room for the free use of residents and guests.
Our lovely, privately owned home has five large bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, laundry, dining room, nook, Florida room, Games Room and a large screened, heated pool with covered lanai and Hot Tub. Being of the largest design on The Manors it is ideal for both, larger parties of perhaps two families and also for those who require more space in which to relax and enjoy their holidays.
We have the option of accommodating up to 12 guests if required on 2 single inflatable [electric pump provided] mattresses that can be used as twin singles or be zipped together to make a king sized matress.
We have a Games Room within the villa with a professional 8" pool table; a table tennis table, table football and a little 'Lego' table to keep the smaller guests entertained. |
The Great Room
The Florida Room has all the comforts of home with music centre, 29" remote cable TV and DVD player and selection of DVDs for your use. Comfortable seating, plush carpets and cathedral vaulted ceilings make this the perfect place to relax. Views of the pool area and landscaped grounds beyond.
Now added to this is high speed wireless internet access within villa so you can use your laptop etc if you need to.

Fully equipped with everything you will need and more. i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge (with instant cold drinking water & ice making machine), dishwasher, crockery, cutlery. Double sink with waste disposal. Breakfast table in nook and much more!!

Dining Room
The dining room for those more formal dining occasions or perhaps merely for planning the next day's itinerary. With dining out so affordable in Florida perhaps the second option will be used most.

| In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking inside the villa. |
Our Commitment
We provide all bed linens, towels, tea towels etc. We also provide a hairdryer in each of the three bathrooms. The telephone can be used free of charge for local calls and international calls. Free unlimited phone calls to over 70 countries including UK landlines ,USA and Canada. The villa is professionally cleaned before and after each guest and there are full laundry facilities.
The washer and dryer are 'extra large' and there is also an iron and ironing board. We know it is your holiday but it's a real boost not having to take all that dirty washing home! The villa is fully equipped for your holiday and electricity (except pool heat), water, cable TV, use of our digital safe, all linens and towels, tourist and Florida taxes are included in the weekly rate. Also for those of you with young children please make use of the crib, highchair, stairgate and stroller which we provide free of charge for your use. Although the villa has not been purposely designed for wheelchair users the layout is such that wheelchair accessibility is not an issue
