It is only a 30 minute drive from Tampa airport to
the area and a 40 minute drive to the attraction of
Busch Gardens.
The local activities include fishing, horse riding,
sailing water sports, walking trails, deep sea fishing
and diving.
There are also many shopping plazas and fine restaurants
within walking distance of some of the homes.
