This luxurious villa will comfortably sleep up to 10 people. It has an excellent south facing aspect with its own privately screened pool overlooking a conservation area. Facilities include a 7ft pool table and games console. The villa is situated on a superb gated development ideally located just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, close to several 18 hole golf courses, with shops and restaurants near by.

Living Room The spacious air-conditioned villa is based on the American style open planned lounge/dining kitchen area. The lounge includes a queen-sized sofa bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and DVD player and games console.

Dining Area The dining area has a table with 6 chairs overlooking the pool. A further 2 bar stools are adjacent by the kitchen bar.

Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for ten people. This includes dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster, and a large fridge freezer with icemaker. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board stored in a double cupboard in the kitchen area.

Master Bedroom The master bedroom comes complete with a double bed, a large dresser, ceiling fan and TV, leading to large en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. A walk in wardrobe for clothes and storage is also in this area and a side door to gain access to the pool.

Bedroom 2 Identical to other master bedroom.

Bedroom 3 This room has 2 single beds, wardrobe and ceiling fan and shares a shower/bath room with the 2nd twin room.

Bedroom 4 This room is similar to the 1st twin but has children's pictures adorning the wall.

Games Room Games Room consisting of a 7 ft pool table.

Pool The 20' x 18' L shaped pool has a south facing aspect and enjoys the sun all day. A safety fence can be erected It overlooks a conservation area which is a suberb barrier to villas opposite giving almost complete privacy.
