This villa has been furnished with many additional features to make your stay a memorable one.

Family Room The family room is furnished with 2 and 3 seater sofas, with a large matching chair, coffee and side tables and a ceiling fan. A sliding door gives access to pool deck. The family room has a 50 inch widescreen HD TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player (with DVDs) for your entertainment.

Dining Area The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen extending into the front bay and seats 8 people comfortably.

Kitchen If you would like to cook your own food as a change from the local restaurants (including the famous Manny’s Chop House) and take aways that are available, the large fully-fitted kitchen has all the appliances and equipment you are likely to need, including a double sink unit with waste disposal, full-sized cooker, large microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, tea pot, toaster etc and a full selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic tableware for use around the pool).

Master Bedroom This room has a king size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, cable TV with DVD player, clock radio and gives direct access to the pool deck.. The en-suite bathroom has 2 wash basins, a bath/tub, walk-in shower cubicle, hair dryer and a separate wc.

Bedroom 2 2^nd master bedroom with king size bed, ceiling fan, large closet, cable TV with DVD player and clock radio. The en-suite bathroom has a wash basin, over-bath shower, wc and hair dryer.

Bedroom 4 Twin beds, ceiling fan, cable TV and ample closet space. Games Room Our teenage (or older!) guests will enjoy the games room with its 7ft pool table, air hockey, Nintendo Wii (with games) and electronic dart board, while a toy box and cushioned floor caters for our younger guests.

The shared bathroom is also accessible from the family room and has a wash basin, over-bath shower, wc and hair dryer.

Pool The extended pool deck surrounding our 28ft x 14 ft pool and spa is the full width of the villa allowing plenty of room for you to soak up the sun on our comfortable pool furniture.. Additional lighting has been installed for your night-time swim or spa use, while the lanai with built-in fan provides shade for outdoor dining.

Additional Features

In order for you keep in touch with friends and family back home we provide free phone calls to land lines within the USA, Canada, UK and Europe. You may also bring your own computer and take advantage of our free secure wireless internet.

All this luxury comes with the additional security of a (removable) child safety fence in the pool/spa area, a fire/intruder security system, a small safe, and high-level locks on all doors to the pool area. Additionally, all low level electrical sockets have covers. We also provide a high chair, travel cot and stroller for use during your stay.
