Pool & Spa

The extended pool deck surrounding our 28ft x 14 ft pool and spa is the full width of the villa allowing plenty of room for you to soak up the sun on our comfortable pool furniture. Additional lighting has been installed for your night-time swim or spa use, while the lanai with built-in fan provides shade for outdoor dining. Pool towels provided. Solar panel heating for the pool/spa is provide as standard and optional gas pool/spa heating is available

Family Room

The family room is furnished with 2 and 3 seater sofas, with a large matching chair, coffee and side tables and a ceiling fan. A sliding door gives access to pool deck. The family room has a 50 inch widescreen HD TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player (with DVDs) for your entertainment.

Games Room

Our teenage (or older!) guests will enjoy the games room with its 7ft pool table, air hockey, Nintendo Wii (with games), electronic dart board and 2 games chairs, while a toy box and cushioned floor caters for our younger guests.

Master Bedroom

This room has a king size bed, flat screen cable TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, clock radio and gives direct access to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has 2 wash basins, a bath/tub, walk-in shower cubicle, hair dryer and a separate w/c. Small safe for passports, cash, valuables etc.

Second En-suite Bedroom

This room has a king size bed, cable TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, large closet, and clock radio. The en-suite bathroom has a wash basin, over-bath shower, w/c and hair dryer.

Bedroom 3

Two twin beds, flat screen TV with DVD player, ceiling fan and ample closet space.

Bedroom 4

Option to convert 2 twin beds to a king sized bed in either or both twin bedrooms for a small additional charge.

Kitchen

If you would like to cook your own food as a change from the local restaurants (including the famous Manny’s Chop House) and take aways that are available, the large fully-fitted kitchen has all the appliances and equipment you are likely to need, including a double sink unit with waste disposal, full-sized cooker, large microwave, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, tea pot, toaster etc and a full selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic tableware for use around the pool).

Dining Area

The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen extending into the front bay and seats 8 people comfortably.
