Highlands Reserve Estates is an exceptional golf-course community located amidst the rolling hills of Northeast Polk County. With its close proximity to all of the Orlando's exciting attractions, Highlands Reserve has become one of Central Florida's premier vacation-home communities. Highlands Reserve also features a community clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts.

We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the master bedroom has its own private sitting room and patio doors out to the large pool deck, which has complete privacy, and looks out onto an extended lawn area and fir trees beyond. Inside the large pool area is a well tended garden, with tropical plants; this is truly a magical environment.

On entering the villa there is a welcoming reception area, with comfortable couch and chairs and many personal items that make this villa so welcoming. The patio doors lead out to the pool deck. The arch on the right is to the main living area, and the arch on the left leads to the Master Suite.

Dining Area - Here in the formal dining room you have the guests of honor, Mickey and Minnie. Again this dining room has all the facilities, if you wish to have a formal dinner, or a relaxing dinner party. This room is perfectly situated, just off the kitchen.

Breakfast Nook - This breakfast nook has table and six chairs, there are matching high seats situated at the breakfast bar, therefore supplying ample seating for everyone.

Lounge - This lounge is central to the whole villa, with ample couches, relaxing chairs with matching foot rests, coffee tables, attractive lighting, TV and DVD. There are large patio doors which lead out to the pool area.

Kitchen - The kitchen is situated at the back of the TV Lounge, fully equipped, fridge/freezer, microwave, double sinks with waste disposal, glassware, crockery, coffee peculator, etc.etc.

Master Bedroom - This large bedroom has a King size bed, Quality dark wood furniture, large dressing table and mirror, also this room has co-ordinated comforter and drapes. Leading off the bedroom is a private sitting room with TV and patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool deck. At the other end of the bedroom is the large En-Suite bathroom. This room has two separate vanity units with marble type wash hand basins, a walk in shower and a large Jacuzzi bath, a separate WC.

Pool - The spa and swimming pool has lots of space surrounding it. There is room for sun lounges on either end of the pool to take full advantage of the sun all day long, with seating area at the end of the pool deck, to take full advantage of the large lawned area.

This is a view looking back at the villa from the large pool deck, there is another patio Table and chairs, situated under a lanai, where three lots of individual patio doors open onto the pool deck, and there is also a separate bathroom with direct access to the pool area.
