Highlands Reserve Estates is an exceptional golf-course community located amidst the rolling hills of Northeast Polk County. With its close proximity to all of the Orlando's exciting attractions, Highlands Reserve has become one of Central Florida's premier vacation-home communities. Highlands Reserve also features a community clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts.

This luxury villa has internet connection, table tennis table, large L shaped swimming pool which is completly private. The Master Suite has its own sitting room with patio doors leading onto the pool deck; altogether we have 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large family lounge, extensive fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, which overlooks the swimming pool, there is a formal dining area and second lounge.

Entrance Hallway - The entrance hall is bright and light, to the right is the formal dining room, with large arched window looking out over the garden, as you walk in the front door.

Lounge - Through the reception area there is a comfortable lounge which has patio doors which open onto the patio and pool deck. The large TV lounge has comfortable seating; there is also a DVD player, occasional tables and atmospheric lighting. This lounge has patio doors leading out to the pool area Formal Dining

The attractive Floridian style furniture adds to the ambiance of this dining area, which leads off the kitchen for ease of entertaining.

Kitchen - This is fully equipped, with all the modern equipment you could wish for, including the must have fridge freezer with the dispenser of water, crushed ice and ice cubes. Off the kitchen is the laundry room, equipped with separate washer and dryer, then this leads through to the Table Tennis Table.

Master Bedroom - This Suite comes with its own sitting room, with comfy chairs TV, Internet Connection, patio doors to the pool area. The king bed is the centre piece of the large bedroom; you pass mirror fronted closets, into the large bathroom.

Master En-Suite - This light bright room has a large window and featured in the centre of this is a large Jacuzzi bath, there are 2 separate inset marbled hand basins, set on opposite walls, with large mirrors over, a separate we. And large walk in shower.

Pool and Deck - The L shape of our pool creates a large swimming pool, whether you like to swim lengths of the pool or just play, it has the space for all pleasures, there are lounges, so just lie back and soak up the sun on the South facing deck or sit around the table under the lanai, in the shade, the choice is yours. After swimming and playing in the pool there is no need to walk through the villa, as there is a "pool bath" this bathroom, shower, toilet and hand basin, leads off the pool deck,

Twin bedroom - The twin bedroom is fitted our with attractive fittings, bedside cabinets, and lighting, plenty of drawer and closet space.
