Situated off the hallway, away from the living area, there is a double bedroom with a full bathroom next to it; there is a laundry room, with full size washer and separate dryer, and access to the double garage.

Formal TV Lounge - When you enter the Villa, to the left, is this formal style lounge, this room doubles up as a second TV lounge and is next to the formal dining area.

Dining Room - This Dining area is light and the dining table and 6 chairs are next to the kitchen, to ensure entertaining is stress free. This area is finished off with a plush light beige carpet, which gives it a true feeling of luxury.

Kitchen - This larger than average kitchen is accessed from the dining area and also from the main hallway near the main living area, It is equipped with all the conveniences that you would expect in this quality of Villa.
