Large lanai can give shade not all houses have this.

Family Room - The family room has 36 inch TV with DVD and VCR and stereo system - comfortable for all your needs. Ample seating for all guests with quiet area in nook for reading and relaxing.

Kitchen/Family Room - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, range style cooker, dishwasher. Adjacent Nook looks out onto the pool area and is fitted with comfortable seating for reading, relaxing etc. Breakfast bar and stools also.

Dining Room - Fully equipped dining room laid out with fine china and glassware for that special meal. We can even provide a cook if required. Please enquire.

Master Bedroom - Master bedroom has 6 foot bed, armoire with large cable TV and DVD with selection of DVD's to view.

The room opens up onto the pool area and has an en suite bathroom/shower room and ample wardrobe storage.

A safe is also provided for all your valuables.

Master En Suite - En suite to master has huge garden tub and large separate shower, double sinks and separate toilet - hairdryer's are available in every bathroom.

Twin bedroom - This is one of two twin bedded rooms, one of which has a Play station 2 for the enjoyment of the young and the not so young, selection of games and two handsets will keep everyone amused for hours.

Second Bedroom - Further large bedroom with another 6 foot bed. Room also has its own cable TV and is a very large airy room.

House Bathroom - This one 3 bathrooms in the house, one is with the master suite and 2 more have has bath with over bath shower, basin toilet etc.

2nd Master bedroom - This room has a 5 foot bed and has an adjacent bathroom so can double as a pool cabana bath or can form a second master suite, the choice is yours.

Nook - Adjacent to the kitchen and overlooking the pool is a nook area with comfortable seating and desk. Perfect for reading and relaxing or really whatever you want it to be.
