Luxury 3 bed/2 bath Spanish Villa with private pool, on 5* Jack Nicklaus signature golf resort.

The villa:

Villa Destine offers luxuriously appointed accommodation within the Polaris World Flagship golf resort. This 3 bed, 2 bath villa has its own private pool (benefitting from having the sun all day), sun terrace, covered BBQ/dining area and separate outside seating area. Inside it beneftis from cool cream marble flooring, air conditioning throughout, central heating for the winter months and wi fi. It is furnished to a high standard offering spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.

Lounge/dining room:

This large and spacious living area has a feature vaulted, beamed, ceiling and 3 sets of shuttered french windows leading out onto the pool area. The lounge is furnished with a 3 and 2 seater leather sofas, coffee table and shelving, large plasma TV with digital channels, DVD, portable CD player and MP3 player speakers.

Dining area:

The dining area has a contemporary glass topped extendable table with 6 dining chairs.

Kitchen/utility:

With ceramic hob and built in oven, microwave, american style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser and cold water facility, juicer, cooking utensils, china/cutlery/glassware for up to 6 people. The separate utility area has a sink washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.

A small inner hallway leads to three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

Bedrrom 1:

This light and spacious bedroom benefits from 2 sets of french windows leading directly on to the pool area. It has twin beds which can be zipped together to form a super kingsize bed. The room has generous fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a safe.

Ensuite: The large ensuite bathrrom has a spa bath, shower, twin basins and bidet.

Bedroms 2 and 3:

Contemporary designed twin bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and bedside tables.

Bathroom 2: with walk in shower, basin, wc and bidet.

There is a hairdryer available at the property and all towels and linen is provided (except for beach/pool towels)

Outside:

At the front of the property there is a car port and off road parking for a second car. There are terraced areas all around the property and at the rear there is a private pool that benefits from the sun all day, pool side shower, a covered BBQ area with dining table/chairs for 6 people and a separate outside seating area with sofa, two chairs and coffee table (underneath a pergola with retractable and extendable awining to shade you from the mid day sun). There is also a feature planting area with water sculpture.

Location:

The resort is located approximately 15 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) airport or 45 minutes from Alicante airport. The resort is one of several other Polaris World golf resorts in the area and guests are able to use the free shuttle bus to take advantate of the different sporting facilities, spas, golf courses, bars and restaurants that each of the resorts have to offer. There are also several beach resorts within a 15 minute drive offering safe and sandy beaches for swimming and sunbathing or for strolling along the promenade.

The resort:

El Valle is the 5* flag ship Polaris World resort, which forms part of the 'Nicklaus golf trail'. It recently opened it stunning club house with spacious terraces overlooking the golf course. There are lakes, landscaped gardens and palm trees on the resort nestled between the surrounding mountains but only a short distance from Murcia town, Cartegena and the Mar Menor beach area. In the distance you can see La Manga strip and the Mar Menor lagoon. The club house has two restaurants, two bars a well stocked supermarket, golf shop and gym. Other shops will be opening in the near future. From the clubhouse guests can take the free shuttle bus to other resorts, the nearest one being La Torre which is approximately 10 minutes away. La Torre offers a choice of bars, restaurants from chill out to tapas.

El Valle is a gated resort with 24 hour security. It has several communal pools and childrens play areas. Villa Destina is only a 10 minute stroll from the club house but benefits from being positioned at the far side of the resort offering peace and quiet.

Guests will be personally greeted at the resort or arrangements can be made for airport pick up (at an additional cost). A food pack and information pack giving details of local areas of interest will be awaiting you at the villa. A car is recommended to fully appreciate the beauty of the region.

All in all this air conditioned luxury villa offers a light and spacious accommodation that is furnished to a high standard, with private pool and sun terrace. El valle 5* golf resort (one of many in the area) is a challenging course but the views from the 19th tee (the club house) are stunning. With a choice of dining on your own terrace or choosing from a variety of restaurants, playing golf, swimming in your own pool or spending the day at the beach, what more could you ask for?

FROM MURCIA AIRPORT (San Javier) - From Murcia airport go straight over first roundabout and at second roundabout take exit, follow signs to Alicante on motorway AP7, take first exit to Balsicas/Murcia, C3319, this road leads you under the AP7, travel northwards along C3319 Duel Carriageway, you will pass Balsicas and after a few minutes you will pass a BP petrol station, after a few more minutes you will pass the La Torre resort on your left, and a small Spanish windmill on your right, continue on the C3319 for another 4 or so miles and on your left hand side you will see the Polaris Resort of La Loma. Continue for another mile or so and you will leave the C3319 at junction 4, this is the El Valle turn off. (At night you look for a large neon sign of Hoyo 19, a night club on your left hand side). You then keep to your right when you leave the C3319 and continue down to the El Valle gate house where you will be stopped by the security guard. FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT - From Alicante airport, follow signs to AP7 heading south to Murcia and Cartagena stay on the AP7 till you get to junction 77 and take the road to Cartagena AP7 AND NOT MURCIA, stay on the AP7 for approximately 35 minutes (you will pass through two tolls, which you will need less than two euros) till you arrive at a junction sign posted for BALSICAS/MURCIA C3319. Take first exit to Balsicas C3319 travel northwards along C3319 Duel Carriageway and then follow the instructions above.
