Detached villa with lovely communal pool. Sleeps 6, aircon, BBQ, roof terrace.

The villa is detached with a pleasant surrounding garden comprising an olive tree, palm trees and various local plants including a bird of paradise. The lovely communal pool is less than 50 mtrs away, this has lawns and a pagoda in the enclosure.

Casa Colina is our holiday destination aswell, and we have tried hard to make the villa home from home and have kitted it out accordingly. There is aircon and heating so whatever the weather you are comfortable. The estate is quiet both around the villa and in the pool area even in holiday times due to the high number of permanent residents.

The villa is laid out over 3 floors. The ground floor has an open plan lounge and dining area equiped with sofas, dining table, tv and dvd player. Going through an archway you get to the kitchen which has all appliances including fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle etc. There is one double bedroom downstairs with a shower room next to it.

The first floor has the other 2 double bedrooms (either of which can be made into a double or a twin). All the bedrooms have ample storage and the 2 first floor bedroom lead out onto a small balcony. The first floor bathroom contains bath with shower over it, toilet, sink and bidet.

The top floor has some storage but principally opens out on to the roof terrace equipped with sun loungers.

You do need a car, however, everything is very accessible. The local amenties are found in Ciudad Quesada 5 mins away, which has everything from restaurants, pubs, chemist, supermarket, hairdressers etc. The restaurants in the area cater for every taste (including chinese, mexican, italian) however, the best spanish restaurants are worth searching out and are between 10 and 30 minutes away. You could always venture into Torrevieja and sample the nightclubs if you are on for a party.

The beautiful Costa Blanca beaches are 15 mins away due east with the openess of Guardamar or the more fashionable La Mata or the party beaches of Torrevieja.

If golf is your thing, then a top class course is on the doorstep at La Finca, or you can venture 25 mins to Villa Martin for a greater selection.

For site seeing the villa is perfectly placed to either go inland to the mountainous hills of Murcia or along the coast. The historic town of Rojales is 10 mins away and there are numerous "fun" attractions for children in Torrevieja (15mins) or Alicante.
