This luxury ground floor apartment typifies the Spanish outdoor life, having an extra large terrace for relaxing and dining and a patio offering private sunbathing. The apartment is furnished to the highest standard and is air conditioned/heated throughout. The property is situated only metres from a large swimming pool which has a separate children's section, space for sunbeds and outdoor showers. It is only a 5-10 minuite walk to the 1st tee of El Valle's 18 hole Golf Course which is part of the Nicklaus trail of which there are now 4 courses in total to play. Other facilities include a stylish clubhouse, restaurant and bar, and an Irish Pub offering live music and entertainment. There is also a gym, bike hire facilities and fully stocked supermarket on-site.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed, doors leading to patio area and an en-suite.
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds.
Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside lights, radio alarm clocks and the safety deposit box is located in bedroom 1.
Sofa converts to a single bed.

Bathrooms

En-suite contains shower, jacuzzi bath, WC, vanity sink unit, bidet, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
House bathroom contains walk-in shower, WC, vanity sink unit and heated towel rail.
Both bathrooms are fully tiled with marble flooring.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen containing oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and iron. It also contains all essential crockery and cutlery.

Utility

Contains washing machine, ironing board, beach/pool parasol, clothes airer and cleaning equipment.

Lounge/Dining

Living room contains sofa/chaise longue, dining table and four chairs, 37' flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD and films, iPod docking station and local maps/informormation about the area.

Outside

As the apartment is based on the ground floor and has an enclosed terrace it is very safe for young children. Cars can be parked outside the entrance to the apartment block. The large, 47msq, fully tiled, private terrace is the main feature of this apartment with modern, luxury furniture comprising of a seating area with sofas and coffee table and a dining table and 6 chairs. It also contains 4 lightweight sunbeds that can be used around the pool which is accessed via a lockable gate.

The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups whether you are looking for a relaxing break, golfing holiday or a base to explore the local area. Cots and highchairs are available at an extra cost. The complex is a gated community with 24 hr security. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. No pets allowed.
Although there are facilities on site, a rental car is advisable.There is also a full fire safety pack in the apartment including fire blanket, smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.

Golf

This apartment provides access to The Nicklaus Trail which currently includes La Torre (18 championship course), El Valle (18 hole) Mar Menor, (9 holes) Hacienda (18 hole) golf courses. Each course is individually landscaped to create its own set of unique challenges but is designed to suit golfers at all levels. It is only a 5-10 minuite walk to the 1st tee of El Valle's par 71 golf course, having 4 tees and a subtle desert feel to it. There are 2 lakes, streams, small waterfalls and groups of bunkers all surrounded by rocks and abundant native vegetation. This course is one of the great challenges of the Nicklaus Golf trail.

A resident's discount is available for golf, please ask for details. You can travel to these resorts by car or take the free inter-resort courtesy bus.
Other accessible courses in the area include the famous La Manga Resort, Roda Golf, Hacienda de Alamo, Golf La Finca, La Peraleja and many more.

Skiing

The Sierra Nevada is approx 2 hours away.

Additional info

All linen and bath/hand towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned on departure unless you have a 2 or more week stay, in which case their is also a mid term clean included. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.

Directions

FROM MURCIA AIRPORT (San Javier) - From Murcia airport go straight over first roundabout and at second roundabout take exit, follow signs to Alicante on motorway AP7, take first exit to Balsicas/Murcia, C3319, this road leads you under the AP7, travel northwards along C3319 Dual Carriageway, you will pass Balsicas and after a few minutes you will pass a BP petrol station, after a few more minutes you will pass the La Torre resort on your left, and a small Spanish windmill on your right, continue on the C3319 for another 4 or so miles and on your left hand side you will see the Polaris Resort of La Loma. Continue for another mile or so and you will leave the C3319 at junction 4, this is the El Valle turn off. (At night you look for a large neon sign of Hoyo 19, a night club on your left hand side). You then keep to your right when you leave the C3319 and continue down to the El Valle gate house where you will be stopped by the security guard. After leaving the gate house turn left on the roundabout and go straight up through the resort passing villa's on your right and left. You go past the first apartment block and take the first left down Ortosa. Go straight across at the mini roundabout and Apartment block Corma 9 is on your left hand side. Apartment A is on the right hand side of the entrance. FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT - From Alicante airport, follow signs to AP7 heading south to Murcia and Cartagena stay on the AP7 till you get to junction 77 and take the road to Cartagena AP7 AND NOT MURCIA, stay on the AP7 for approximately 35 minutes (you will pass through two tolls, which you will need less than two euros for) till you arrive at a junction sign posted for BALSICAS/MURCIA C3319. Take first exit to Balsicas C3319 travel northwards along C3319 Dual Carriageway and then follow the instructions above.
