Welcome to Sanctuary, a luxurious six bedroom, five and a half bathroom vacation home nestled on the exclusive Solana resort-style community, less than 8 miles from Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Perfectly situated for the best vacation ever, this professionally decorated home is just minutes away from some of the most popular restaurants and shopping - but is in a quiet, safe and peaceful gated neighborhood.

Set in its own beautiful landscaping, the Solana Resort Club House offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at our vacation home. You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room.

The Club House at Solana provides high speed internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool.

Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room, or play at the video arcade while you lie out by the large sparkling swimming pool and watch the little ones have a ball in the splash area tot lot. There is a putting green to help you shape up your game...or send the energetic ones to the soft-sand volleyball court or the soccer pitch. There is even a sundry shop in the reception area if you run short of sun block or need a drink and a snack, you can also rent DVD’s.

Now to the house: ------
Professionally decorated to a high standard and providing ample accommodation for up to 12 guests. It boasts four Master Bedroom suites (one King and three Queen), each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. All master suites have LCD TV’s and upgraded comfortable mattresses.

The bathrooms all have marble vanity units, bath/showers and toilets with the ground floor King Master suite hosting a Jacuzzi whirlpool corner bath and a large walk in shower.

There are two additional bedrooms with 2 x twin beds in each that share a bathroom.

The architecture of the Villa with its open concept of living arrangement provides impressive accommodation and space in an open way and is fully air-conditioned throughout.

When entering through the front door you will be presented with a large tiled hallway that leads to a well appointed living and dining room running almost the length of the house. Just past the dining room is a fully equipped modern kitchen with an extended island that doubles as a breakfast nook.

There is a downstairs half bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room

Located next to the kitchen is a very spacious family room that has a high vaulted ceiling and offers the ideal place for the family to gather. There is a HD LCD TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.

Also the house is equipped with an in house music and intercom system which you can access in all the bedrooms and the living area. Also we provide wireless internet access for our guests who can’t quite get away from it all.

The family room and the breakfast area have sliding glass doors that lead directly to the back of the house where a lavishly extended deck offers lots of room to relax and sunbathe under the Florida sun, or take a dip in the large private swimming pool and spa, enjoy the shade under the 12 x 40 feet fan cooled Lanai (Porch) which extends the length of the house, great for alfresco dining.

To cap all of this luxury, a fully equipped games room is at your disposal. It provides a pool table, a foosball table and a air-hockey table all to add to your entertainment within this beautifully equipped home.
