Situated in a quieter location of Regal Palms is our 4 bed/3bath privately managed ,fully equipped town home ensuring you of a relaxing holiday. Just a short distance from the resort centre where you can find facilities to suit all the family.These include heated swimming pools,lazy river with slide, jacuzzi, playarea, bar, restaurant,Gym facilites,internet access and games room.

On the ground floor,a large bedroom cotaining a queen sized bed,flat screen TV,large wardrobe and a en suite bathroom,shower overbath,vanity unit and WC.It also has access from the outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped ,featuring dishwasher,microwave,fridge/freezer,oven and hob.A full compliment of china and cutlery is also provided.

The open plan lounge and dining area has relaxing sofa's ,large flat screen TV with DVD player and a selection of dvds,books and board games for your own use.Doors to patio area.

Upstairs , the master suite contains a kingsize bed,flat screen TV,ensuite bathroom having shower over bath, vanity unit and WC.The wardrobe contains a safe.Balcony.

Also upstairs ,there are 2 twin bedded rooms,both with wardobes ,which share a bathroom with over bath shower,vanity unit and WC.

The utility room contains a washing machine,tumble dryer iron and ironing borad.

Directions

On leaving Orlando International airport take highway 528 west bound signed for Tampa.(Toll Rd). This road will take you on to the Intercontinental 4 (I4) again head towards Tampa. Go for approx 8 miles,then leave at junction 64 and turn right onto Highway 192, the Irlo Bronson Highway still heading west.Skirting the Disney resorts continue on the 192 to the end where you will bear left up onto Highway 27 South. Continue south on Highway 27 until you see a publix Supermarket,Applebees Restaurant and other shops.Turn right at traffic lights into Sand Mine Rd. Regal Palms is approx 1/4 mile on right.
