NEW 4 BED FAMILY TOWN HOME IN REGAL PALMS

Our family owned ,privately managed town home is situated in the quieter area of Regal Palms and comes fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. The resort centre is only a short walk,where you can find heated swimming pools, lazy river with slide, jacuzzi, gym facilities,bar, restaurant,internet access and games room.

On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen,featuring dishwasher, microwave,fridge/freezer, oven and hob.Coffee maker and juicer are amongst the utensils.A full compliment of china and cutlery are provided .

Downstairs there is a open plan lounge and Dining area which has relaxing sofa's ,large flat sreen TV, DVD player with a selection of dvd's ,books and board games for your use. There is also a dining table and chairs for more formal use.

Also on the ground floor is a large bedroom,with access from the outside.The bedroom contains a large queen sized bed,flat screen TV, large wardrobe. ensuite bathroom with over bath shower,vanity unit and WC.

Upstairs , the master suite has a king sized bed ,flat screen TV,with en suite bathroom having a shower overbath,vanity unit,WC,wardrobe with safe.

Also upstairs there are 2 twin bedded rooms,both with wardrobes, which share a bathroom which has a shower over bath, WC and vanity unit.

The utility room has a washing machine ,tumble dryer,iron and ironing board.

Directions

On leaving Orlando International airport join highway 528 westbound sighned Tampa.(Toll Rd). This road will take you to the Intercontinental 4 (I4), where you again head for Tampa.Head west for approx 8 miles ,then leave on Junction 64 and turn right onto Highway 192,the Irlo Bronson Highway. Skirting the Disney resorts continue on 192 right to the end where you will bear left onto Highway 27. Continue for approx 3 miles until you see a Publix Supermarket, Applebees restaurant and other shops.At traffic lights turn RIGHT into Sand Mine Rd Regal Palms is approx 1/4 mile on right.
