"We had a really wonderful vacation and fortunately the weather was also great. We enjoyed everything about the villa; the accommodations were definitely first class. We could not have asked for anything else. 'Sundown' was the fifth home we have stayed in over the years and it was, by far and above, the best yet. We enjoyed everything but I guess our favorite pastime was probably sitting out on the pool deck watching the various birds in the area behind the villa, the sand crane family and herons were daily visitors. The view over the lake and the conservation area was beautiful and the sunsets stunning!! The villa location is very central for all sorts of activities and we golfed, shopped, visited the many local restaurants, attended Baseball Games at the World of Sport and also went to the Bay Hill Invitational Golf Tournament. We hope to stay again next year."

'Sundown' was fully equipped with lots to keep us occupied, the Games Room, the fantastic 42" cable TV and games package made the holiday for us, even without going to the Theme Parks. A really big Bonus for us was that everyone involved with 'Villa Sundown' were extremely helpful and they all had a ‘nothing is a problem' attitude that made us all feel like V.I.P guests.
