Our lovely luxury executive villa 'Sundown' is a spacious air conditioned villa located in a highly desirable private Gated Community. Just 15 minutes away from Disney and other major Theme Parks, 'Sundown' is ideally suited for families wishing to enjoy a holiday of a lifetime in a relaxing and beautiful environment in absolute comfort. The villa, set in a peaceful and quiet setting, overlooks a small lake and a conservation area, offering valued privacy, beautiful views and stunning sunsets for our guests.
Sundown', located in the prestigious and select Mediterranean style gated community at High Grove, is approximately 6 miles west of Disney and other well known attractions and offers superior living in a peaceful setting. The local area hosts some great restaurants within walking distance, (most of whom will deliver to your door), many shopping malls and specialist shops, and a Wall-Mart Superstore is nearby. Several Championship Golf courses are just a few minutes driving away.
Fully air conditioned, the villa can sleep 9 people, contains 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The two Master bedrooms, both en suite, have direct access to the pool deck and Spa/Jacuzzi.
'Sundown' has a wonderful, south west facing, fully screened, heated swimming pool with changing coloured underwater lighting and a Spa/Jacuzzi .The pool deck has a pool alarm, in accordance with US laws, to ensure youngsters do not enter the pool area without supervision. The pool overlooking a small lake and a conservation area, enjoys fantastic sunsets, maximum privacy, and an abundance of colourful birds and butterflies. There is a sheltered Lanai with a fan and two large umbrellas under which to shelter, should the sun become too hot. There is plenty of superior style pool furniture, including a table which will seat 8, and 4 comfortable loungers. The villa is ideal for two families sharing and includes the free use of two cots and a high chair and free Local and International Telephone Calls. All bed linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided. There are hairdryers in each of the three bathrooms and cable television with remote control in each of the bedrooms. |
Living Area
The Living Area is a delightful open plan space, beautifully furnished with patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a 42inch Cable Television, with over 200 channels and many free On Demand Movies. A DVD/CD player, an AM/FM Radio Stereo CD Player, with I-Pod adaptor, and a Play Station 2 with games, all for your entertainment. A small paperback library, some family board games and a selection of DVD's are also available should you need to be entertained during the evenings. There is also a telephone with an answer machine and free local and international calls.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is large, well appointed and fully equipped with everything you will ever need including a large conventional self cleaning Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Dishwasher, Blender, an 18 cu ft Fridge Freezer and Ice Maker. Double Sink with waste disposal, Coffee Maker, Electric Kettle and Tea Pot, a full range of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. (and a lot more besides)The kitchen is enclosed by a delightful breakfast bar with stools.

This exclusive villa boasts 2 Master Suited Bedrooms, both with King Size beds and direct access to the Pool Deck, and 2 Twin Bedded Rooms. All are tastefully furnished.

Games Room
'Villa Sundown' also has a Games Room which contains a Table Tennis Table, Foosball and a Pool Table, which we hope will enhance the enjoyment of our guests.

The Utility Area contains a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Linens for all bedrooms and Towels for each bathroom, including Pool Towels , are provided.
