Villa Relax, like its name, offers a relaxing atmosphere for your vacation in the beautiful High Grove Resort. Mediterranean style community. It´s located on Highway 27 close to the 192 and minutes away from the I-4. There´s many great golf courses, Theme Parks and other attractions only minutes away.

High Grove clubhouse is available for all guests. There´s a communal Pool, Jacuzzi, Computers, Wi-Fi, Games Room, Library, Fitness Centre and play area. Staff are very helpful and organize weekly events. Events calendar is available at the Clubhouse.

Living room: Open plan living area with brand new entertainment centre and furnishing. 46inch LCD Cable TV with Blu-Ray/DVD entertainment system, Nintendo Wii and Xbox Kinect with double controls. Just bring your games. Electric keyboard. Selection of books. The Double patio doors open up to the pool area.

Dining area: Adjacent to the kitchen and breakfast bar. Glass topped dining table with four chairs, windows looking out to the pool area. Breakfast bar with four stools.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, ice maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Double sink with waste disposal.

Utility room: Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board

Master Suite: King-size bed, walk-in closet, LCD TV, DVD player, clock radio. En-suite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower and separate wc.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, LCD TV, clock radio. Private access to the second bathroom.

Fully screened. Patio furniture and sun lounges. Electric children safety system on both poolside doors. Large back yard with well-groomed grass plus a BBQ for your use.

Front door porch with two seats and table. Great place to sit, look at Clementine tree and listen birds singing.

Wi-Fi connection covers all the house. High quality security system and electric locks gives you extra relax during themepark days and good sleeping nights.

The community is situated at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27 just 6 miles, or 10 minutes, by car from Disneys Magic Kingdom. All of Orlandos major attractions are within easy reach and there are also many golf and fishing venues close by. Numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within a mile and there is now a brand new Super Walmart within 1/4 mile.

From Orlando International Airport: OPTION 1 (simpler, but slightly longer) DRIVING DIRECTIONS From Orlando International Airport (approx 45 minutes) Take the South Exit from the airport and follow towards the 417 South. Take the 417 South (signed I-4 and Tampa) – please note that the 417 is a toll road. About 3 miles down the 417 South you will encounter your first Toll Plaza. Keep to the righthand lanes at all toll booths. Continue on the 417 until its end, where it merges with the I-4. Join the I-4 West (signed Tampa) and follow it to Exit 55. Leave the I-4 at Exit 55 and take Highway 27 North (to the left signed Clermont). You are going to proceed along US-27 for about 8 miles. As you approach the US-27 keep to the right and merge onto the US-27 North heading for Clermont. As you merge onto the US-27,you have actually just passed Highgrove on your left, so move immediately into the left lane and, at the first gap in the central median (McDonalds), do a Uturn, proceed a little way along and turn right into Highgrove Blvd. If you miss this gap in the median, proceed to the traffic lights and do a U-turn there. Proceed up to the gate OPTION 2 (trickier, but usually slightly quicker) DRIVING DIRECTIONS From Orlando International Airport (approx 40 minutes Take the North Exit from the airport and follow towards the 528 West. Take the 528 West (signed I-4 and Tampa) – please note that the 528 is a toll road. Keep to the right-hand lanes at all toll booths. Continue on the 528 West for about 11 miles until its end, where it merges with the I-4. Join the I-4 West (signed Tampa) and follow it to Exit 64. Leave the I-4 at Exit 64 and take US-192 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway towards Magic Kingdom. Continue to follow the US-192 for about 9 miles, where it ends and intersects with the US-27. As you approach the US-27 keep to the right and merge onto the US-27 North heading for Clermont. As you merge onto the US-27,you have actually just passed Highgrove on your left so move immediately into the left lane and, at the first gap in the central median (McDonalds), do a Uturn, proceed a little way along and turn right into Highgrove Blvd. If you miss this gap in the median, proceed to the traffic lights and do a U-turn there.
