4BR Resort Villa - Stunning Lake View

The highlight of this property is the stunning lakeside view from the pool and living areas. But if you tear your eyes away from the view for a while, you’ll enjoy comfortably furnished rooms and wonderful resort facilities. A great option for families or couples alike.

OPEN-PLAN KITCHEN & LOUNGE AREA

A large open-plan family room opens up on to the pool area.

Closest to the pool, you’ll find a pair of invitingly squishy sofas and a wide-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen to the rear of the space has both a breakfast bar (seats four) and a breakfast table (seats four) so there is plenty of space for everyone. It opens onto the lounge area which has a pair of comfortable sofas, large flat-screen TV and access on to the pool area.

The laundry room is accessed off the kitchen.

FORMAL LOUNGE & DINING AREA

To the front of the property you’ll find an additional open-plan dining area (seats six comfortably) and another lounge with additional comfortable sofa seating.

MASTER BEDROOM (EN-SUITE)

The master suite looks out over the pool area. It has a King-size bed, TV and a spacious en-suite. The en-suite has a luxurious corner bath and a walk-in shower.

DOUBLE BEDROOM

A second double bedroom with a Queen-size bed and TV.

TWIN BEDROOM 1

Twin bedroom with two single beds.

The second Twin room has two single beds and a small TV.

FAMILY BATHROOM

The second double bedroom and the two twin rooms share access to a family bathroom which has a bath with shower over.

Attractive, single-storey holiday home with plenty of off-road parking.

To the rear is a generous screened pool area with a sparkling private pool and lakeside views. Sun loungers are provided around the pool so there’s no excuse not to kick back and soak up some of the wonderful Florida sunshine out here! You’ll also find a table with comfortable chairs alongside the pool, which gives you a nice al-fresco dining option. A BBQ is provided just outside the pool deck.

The pool can be heated at a small additional charge. A mesh safety gate/ pool fence system is provided in case you are travelling with young children.

LOCAL AMENITIES

The Lake Berkley gated resort on which this villa is located just off the 192 highway, the main artery for all of Orlando’s tourist destinations. You’ve got your pick of shops and restaurants on your doorstep plus a range of facilities on the Lake Berkley resort. These include a fantastic communal pool with spa and kids play area, a fitness centre, tennis courts and a children’s playground.

Directions

From Orlando International Airport: Proceed along the Boggy Creek Road for about 3 miles looking out for signs for the 417 Greenway South. The slip road is a small exit just before a flyover. Stay on the 417 Greenway South and continue onto Exit 6 International Drive (you will pass through 2 tolls @ $1 each). As you come off the 417 at Exit 6, International Drive, keep to the left of the road and continue through the first set of lights, at the second set turn left on to the 535 (you will see Buena Vista Villa. A large green complex and a large new hotel, on the right hand side). Continue on the 535 for 1.3 miles going through one set of lights. At the second set of lights, turn right onto Poinciana Boulevard. Follow this road until you reach a busy T junction. This is the junction with Highway 192 (Vine Road). Turn left onto the 192 and continue along this road until you get to Medieval Times (just past Marker 14) turning right on the slip road, on to Oren Brown Road for a 100 yards or so (you will come along this road to Wal-Mart). Take the next turning on your left in to North Roma Way (by Stay N Play sign) which leads to a dead end, with Lake Berkley being on your right, again about 100 yards or so ahead. From Sandford Airport: After leaving airport terminal follow the signs to Interstate-4 then continue with instructions above.
